11:30am BODY TALK: The Link to Wellness
The BodyTalk™ System isolates and moves through energetic imbalances in your body, mind, and spirit so that natural healing can occur. BodyTalk Practitioners utilize your body’s biofeedback responses to determine which systems are not energetically synchronized with the whole. Poor health, chronic illnesses, anxiety, headaches, stomach problems, pain, and allergic reactions are all indicators that your natural state of well-being is in need of harmonizing. It aids in treatment and resolution of migraines, chronic menstrual problems and multiple sclerosis. Some of Donna's most powerful sessions have been with clients who are experiencing the stress of life’s transitions; clients who are grieving a loss, reestablishing their self-love, releasing their addictions, or determining their life’s direction. The BodyTalk protocol is a system that consults your innate wisdom to determine which aspects of your being are poorly linked together, and in what order they need to be reconnected to bring you back to wholeness.
Donna Burick is an advanced PaRama Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, Energy Therapist, Intuitive Life Coach and Public Speaker. You may contact Donna at 336-540-0088 or at

The Five Animal Frolic
The Five Animal Frolic is a 2,000 year old Tai Chi form based on the movements of animals---specifically the tiger, bear, deer, crane, & monkey. In doing the form, we draw on the qualities of each animal to help us achieve physical strength, emotional balance, and spiritual virtues.
The Tiger strengthens the lungs, builds internal power, & nurtures the virtue of enduring strength. The Bear develops groundedness, kidney power for fundamental vitality, & nurtures the virtue of wisdom. The Deer develops grace, relaxation, & the liver organ system for open expansive movement & the virtue of kindness. The Crane develops lightness, agility, &s the heart organ system for enhancing joy, passion, & the virtue of acceptance. The Monkey develops suppleness, balance, & the spleen organ system for clear thinking, calm mind, & the virtue of trust.

1:30pm INTRO TO SOUND HEALING: Listening to your Soul
Sound heals the soul and ignites the spirit. It has been a profound form of healing since the beginning of time. Many cultures believe that the earth was brought in through sound- all was quiet & then there was the word & the word was OHM. Through the ages sound has played an integral part in spiritual rituals and healings. Even Edgar Casey said that Sound would be the next profound form of healing.
So what is Sound Healing? What are the benefits? How can one learn Sound Healing for themselves, family (children love it!), clientele, pets? Learn about a sound healing system using precision calibrated tuning forks that represent a natural harmonic series based on the orbital properties of the Earth, Moon, Sun and other planets. Other sound healing tools will also be explored. Learn effective techniques of how to bring your self back to balance using sound. Sound can also be an effective healing tool for pain, life transitions, spiritual transformation, ADHD, insomnia & more. It brings us to alignment with the cycles of the Cosmos known since antiquity as the Music of the Spheres.
Susan B. Goldstone, L.Ac, Dipl.Ac, LMBT, MA , has been practicing holistic wellness for over 20 years.
